At this time we do not offer refunds on purchases.

We will gladly exchange unworn, unaltered full priced merchandise, within 14 calendar days of purchase. Original tags must be in place, as well as any dust bags, boxes, and additional protective packaging.

For orders shipped and tried on in the home please be mindful of makeup, scents, and deodorants that may transfer to the garments or accessories. Any item that has been snagged by jewelry or other materials will not be accepted back for exchange.

All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

*We do not accept returns of undergarments, jewelry, or special orders. Any discounted item is also final sale, and cannot be exchanged.

Ines Simone Studio reserves the right to reject any returning product that does not adhere to the above return policy. Any rejected item will be sent back to the original shipping address. In order to avoid this, please contact us to address any issue you may have regarding the item you wish to exchange.
